The Hilton Homewood Suites in Medford, Oregon is the latest success for Wright Hotel Development. This 109 room, four floor, wood-frame construction hotel was built for the PRS Group. PRS Group owns and manages the Rogue Valley Manor Senior Living Complex in Medford with approximately 1,000 tenants.
A Comfortable Place to Stay for Families
PRS Group also owns the new Mirabella properties on the West Coast. PRS Group’s motivation for building this hotel was to provide a comfortable place to stay for families that were visiting relatives living at the Rogue Valley Manor.
The New Flagship Homewood on the West Coast
This property is truly an excellent achievement as witnessed by the Hilton Corporation who told Wright Hotel Development that this was the new flagship Homewood on the West Coast. With an upgraded wood finish inside and masonry exterior, this property is a beautiful example of quality craftsmanship.
